Placing an online order requires just a few steps: By clicking on the 'Shop Categories' you will see our full range of products, you can either select a certain category or simply select all. You can now easily browse the website. To add a product to you box, just click 'Add to box' and use the - or + to add or remove any item. You will see how much your box total is, and how much you're saving!

If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information for our security check. Please contact us by emailing us on the contact page.
How do I check my order status?
To check the latest update on your order, sign to your Account Page and click on My Orders. Here you will be able to see all your current and past orders with their status. If you have checked out as guest, this order will not be seen here, but any future orders will be.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. We work with DPD so you will be able to track, leave notes and assign a delivery slot for your delivery! Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery before getting in touch.
How do I register an account with yourselves?
Click on Login, which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your screen. Enter your email address under 'I am a new customer' and click on 'Next'. Please complete all fields marked with an asterisk *. As stated in our privacy policy, we do not forward your personal data to third parties. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. We suggest that you check the information in this email carefully, making sure it is correct. To confirm your registration click on the link provided in the email. Once your registration has been confirmed, you can login and start shopping. If the address you want your order delivered to is not the same as your billing address, please also provide your delivery address. If not your order will be sent to your billing address.

Our subscribers receive a newsletter twice a week containing the latest hot topics and news. In addition, our subscribers receive a newsletter supplement on a special topic regarding the latest fashion each Tuesday. We will be sure to keep you up to date with any special promotions too!

Oh no! I do hope we arent bothering you.. However you can either unsubscribe using the link in the newsletter (top or bottom) or directly in your account by clicking on 'Newsletter Unsubscribe'. You are also welcome to contact our customer service. Important: Please do not mark these emails as spam, as this may also block the delivery of other important emails from us (order confirmation, etc.).
How can I track my box?
We use a company called DPD. We recommend that you add your mobile number and email address in when you create an account. Why? Because we can then text you with an hour time frame of when your box will arrive. With DPD you can also text back and ask for them to leave it with a neighbour or come back another day.
Do I need to be home when my box arrives?

What is your returns policy?
We hope you will love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your purchase for up to fourteen (14) days from the date your purchase is delivered to you.
Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
In order to return an item to us, please email help@easho.co.uk with your order number.
We will then send you back a returns label with details of where to send the products back to.

Why do I see £1 charge on my account?
The extra 1gbp that is showing is not an actual payment, it is a test charge that is used by the financial transaction company stripe to confirm that the card is valid. This will not be taken from your account
