If you're looking for items to be shipped outside of the UK please email us at help@easho.co.uk with your requested order. Please note, international deliveries are subject to a minimum order size of 250gbp - get in touch for more information and a tailored quote.

We hope you will love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your purchase for up to fourteen (14) days from the date your purchase is delivered to you. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. In order to return an item to us, please email help@easho.co.uk with your order number. We will then send you back a returns label with details of where to send the products back to.   Read more

Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us about your delivery.  If you have checked out as guest, your order will not appear in your account for you to track but all future orders will be there.  Looking for a confirmation email? With DPD you can also text back and ask for them to leave it with a neighbour or come back another day. If your parcel is being delivered by Parcel Force, they will attempt to deliver this twice or leave it at your local Post office.

We use a company called DPD. We recommend that you add your mobile number and email address in when you create an account. Why? Because we can then text you with an hour time frame of when your box will arrive. With DPD you can also text back and ask for them to leave it with a neighbour or come back another day.
